AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This Agreement is entered into on November 2nd, 2025 (Effective Date) by and between La Clique Room LLC ("La Clique Room") and the undersigned attendee ("You") for the Wine Tasting Tour scheduled to take place on November 2nd, 2025.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
You acknowledge that the Wine Tasting Tour may involve inherent risks and unforeseen dangers that may cause injury or harm to participants. You understand that the consumption of alcohol can impair judgment and increase the risk of injury or harm to oneself or others.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of Your participation in the Wine Tasting Tour, You hereby release and hold harmless La Clique Room, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any damage, loss, or injury to You or others, including but not limited to those caused by the consumption of alcohol.
ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge and agree that You are responsible for Your own actions and well-being during the Wine Tasting Tour. You understand that La Clique Room is not responsible for Your consumption of alcohol or any resulting behavior, and You assume all liability for any damages or injuries caused by Your actions.
SPECIFIC TERMS
- All attendees consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age and drink responsibly.
- You agree to release and hold harmless La Clique Room from any claims arising from the consumption of alcohol by event participants, invitees, and other guests.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT RELEASE
In the event of a motor vehicle accident during or arising from the Wine Tasting Tour, You agree to release and hold harmless La Clique Room from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any damage, loss, or injury to You or others, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Auto physical damage
- Loss arising out of legal liability to others
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By entering your name below (digital signature), You acknowledge that You have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You understand that You are releasing La Clique Room from any liability for damages or injuries caused by Your participation in the Wine Tasting Tour, and You assume all responsibility for Your own actions and well-being.
